Before the season started, I was under the impression that if the Eagles finished as the top seed in the NFC, Hurts would win. His play combined with Mahomes’ fatigue will make the Eagles’ fourth straight win. But Hart’s numbers aren’t as eye-popping as those of San Francisco 49ers Brock Purdy and Dallas Cowboys Dak Prescott.
The Eagles hold a commanding lead in the NFC, but have a tough schedule over the next few weeks. If you’re looking for someone atop the leaderboard, any buzz in the rankings should pay more attention to Purdy or Prescott.
